BrandStarter is a package of guided research, coaching sessions and creative input. You work with templates to research and analyse three key areas of your business:

Using your research and knowledge, we map out the information, discuss the results and make decisions about key elements of the brand. We schedule three telephone sessions, each a maximum of one hour, using a low cost 0845 number or a FREE Skype connection. I contribute further information and feedback on these three topics, which will help you define your brand.

A fourth session will look to create the Brand Name, Proposition and Personality. We may need to research further information, some details for a customer profile or competitors’ communications. This enables us to pinpoint a position precisely for your brand in the market that will guarantee you stand out and be memorable. This includes choosing domain names and highlighting keywords for effective web copy to maximise search engine opportunities.

Putting together all this strategic information enables me to create a choice of brand ideas including a business or product/service name, a ten-word proposition and a brand personality description. At the end of the day the choice is yours, whatever you feel truly represents what your brand is offering to your customer. However, I continue to work the words and ideas until you are happy with the result.

In the final stage, we draw together the whole picture in a Creative Brief. This is a document, which is essential for you to roll out your branding subsequently in communications such as web pages, letterheads, business cards, packaging, brochures, advertising, etc.
