I developed a full day workshop that took clients through a process of analysing their own business position and creating a tailored marketing plan. This combined information and guidelines from well-established marketing material, with interactive group exercises to create and bullet proof new ideas and suggestions. The workbook design comprises an easy to follow method with relevant small business case studies and examples, and a comprehensive list of extra resources and references.
Clients learned to appreciate just how essential marketing planning is for success, especially in the early years of establishing and growing a business. It saved them from repeating common mistakes, wasting time, money and effort for poor return. They also enjoyed the day, with the groups often keeping in touch to develop their ideas further.
